Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and US federal holidays. During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may be extended. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier, destination, and factors outside mimūn's control. mimūn is not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, or other third-party carriers.

3. Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order. Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier, mimūn's responsibility for the physical condition of the goods ceases. If you believe your parcel has been incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact both the carrier and mimūn within 48 hours at [email protected].

4. International Orders and Customs

For orders delivered outside the United States, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are entirely your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. mimūn has no control over customs processes and is not liable for delays resulting from customs inspections.

5. Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking information provided. If the parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, where the loss is confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. mimūn is not liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, you may be charged for re-delivery.

7. Fragile Goods

mimūn products are packaged with care to minimise the risk of damage in transit. However, glass fragrance bottles are inherently fragile. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
